There can be several reasons why you are unable to log in to FlockMail. Let's dive right in to narrow down a possible cause.
- Maintenance work
- Double-check the login credentials and URL.
- Reset the email account password
- Hosting Plan expiry
It is possible that you cannot log in due to maintenance or issues on our servers. Please check our status page to rule out any system problems.
Login credentials and URL
- Check that you are on the login page for FlockMail and not the Email Control Panel.
- Make sure you type in the correct email account and password.
|Ensure that your account is created under the Email control panel & is active
Reset your password
Change the password for the email account from the email control panel and then try to log in again.
Hosting Plan Expiry
FlockMail account will be suspended initially and then deleted if your Hosting Plan expires. Due to this you wouldn't be able to login to your account. In such a case you would need to contact your hosting provider for plan renewal.
