In this article, we will walk you through how you can configure an MX record for your domain and set up your FlockMail account.

FlockMail needs you to verify domain ownership and activate email services by setting MX records & TXT records. Please note: Unverified domains won't be able to receive or send emails. To know more about Domain Verification, click here. |
1. Log in to your One.com account (click here).
2. Scroll down and click on Advanced settings.
3. Scroll down and select DNS settings.
4. Select the DNS records tab.
5. Under Create new record click on MX.
6. Enter the following values (omit the quotes) and click Create record:
- Hostname: "@"
- Mail provider's mail server: "mx1.flockmail.com"
- TTL: "3600"
7. Following the same steps as mentioned above, a second MX record needs to be added whose values are (omit the quotes):
- Hostname: "@"
- Mail provider's mail server: "mx2.flockmail.com"
- TTL: "3600"
- Priority: "20"
8. Under Create new record click on TXT.
9. Enter the following values (omit the quotes) and click Create record:
- Hostname: "@"
- Value: ""v=spf1 include:spf.flockmail.com ~all"
- TTL: "3600"
Done! You're all set to send and receive emails from your One.com domain using Titan Mail!
