Once your FlockMail account is created, you can log in to the Email Control Panel to manage new or existing email accounts.
Through the Email Control panel, you can do the following:
1. Reset password for an email address
1. Resetting Password
- You can reset the password by just hovering over an existing email address, clicking on Reset Password and entering the new password.
- If you wish to send these updated credentials to someone, then you can enter their email address and click Send.
2. Suspending Email address
- Click on the options icon when hovering over a particular email address
- Click on Suspend Account
- Confirm the suspension of the account
To unsuspend the account:
- Click on the options icon for a particular email address
- Click on Reactivate Account and confirm it
3. Managing Alias
- Click on the options icon when hovering over a particular email address
- Click Manage alias
- Add the email address you want to have as an alias

For deleting an alias:
- Click Manage alias
- Hover over the particular alias you wish to delete
- Click on the delete icon and confirm it
4. Accessing Webmail
- Click on the options icon when hovering over a particular email address
- Click on Access Webmail
- When redirected, just enter the password and you will be able to access this email address’s mailbox
5. Deleting an Email Address
- Click on the options icon when hovering over a particular email address
- Click on Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion of the email address
