FlockMail is available on WebClient and Mac App along with Android and iOS apps.
You can send us logs for reporting an issue you are facing by the following methods:
1. Creating logs for a WebClient
2. Creating logs for Android app
The steps for sending logs are listed below:
1. Creating logs for a WebClient app:
- Click on the Support button present in the top-right corner
- Write a short description of the issue you are facing
- Click on the button 'Send', your logs will be attached automatically to this email
2. Creating logs for android app:
- Click on the top left corner of the FlockMail app to open the menu
- Select the option of 'Report an issue'
- Click on the arrow icon present in the top right corner of the app, your logs will be attached automatically to this email.
3. Creating logs for iOS app:
- Click on the top left corner of the FlockMail app to open the menu
- Select the option of 'Report an issue'
- Click on the arrow icon present in the top right corner of the app, your logs will be attached automatically to this email.
